Arrows to copy.
Pick a named direction for a short visual cue.
Choose a symbol with context
Need emoji, flags or skin tones? Open the emoji and special-character picker.
Symbols can look different across fonts and devices. A hollow heart, for example, is a different character from a red heart emoji. Test your choice in the actual destination, especially for names and profile fields.
Keep links, account handles and essential instructions readable. For accessible alternatives, see our guide to readable styled text.
Make the direction clear in words too
Use a named left, right, up or down arrow beside a label that explains the action. An arrow alone can be ambiguous, especially after line wrapping or in a mixed-direction paragraph.
Copy a symbol with confidence
- Choose a symbol by its name, then activate its copy button. Paste beside the actual wording you intend to use.
- Check the shape, spacing and line wrapping in the destination. Use one clear accent before trying a longer row.
- Keep a written label for any essential meaning. A decorative symbol does not supply a link, account validation or an accessible instruction on its own.
Frequently asked questions
Will an arrow become a clickable button?
No. It is a text character. Add a real link or button in the destination if the reader needs an action, and give that action an understandable label.
Are arrows interchangeable?
Not always. Direction, line weight, double lines and special shapes can suggest different meanings. Choose the exact symbol you intend rather than treating all arrows as decoration.
Why does the symbol look different after copying?
The copied character can be drawn by a different font or emoji renderer in the destination. The tool cannot force a particular color or shape there.
Can I copy several symbols together?
Copy the symbols individually into your own text field or Bio Studio, then arrange them with your wording. Review the combined result before sharing.
