Create a clean text image

Choose size, spacing and contrast before downloading.

Choose a canvas for the job

A square works for many general graphics; a portrait leaves more vertical space; landscape suits a wide composition. These presets are image dimensions, not promises about the latest requirements of a particular platform. Check that platform’s current requirements before preparing a final asset.

Keep an eye on long lines

The editor wraps text to the available width and centers the text block vertically. If the block will not fit, reduce the text size, shorten the wording or choose a taller canvas. Inspect the visible preview rather than assuming every pasted symbol will render: installed fonts and fallback fonts differ between devices.

Use transparency deliberately

A transparent PNG has no background color. Make sure its text remains visible against the surface where you will place it. The preview’s checkerboard is a guide and is not part of the image. Downloading creates a local image file; the tool does not upload your text. When publishing the graphic elsewhere, provide its wording as text for accessibility.

Reference: Unicode’s guide to fonts and glyphs. This is general guidance, not a platform compatibility certification.
Try the text generator

Check a graphic before sharing it

Create a square image with a short phrase, then try a portrait canvas with the same size setting. Compare the empty space and line breaks instead of assuming the larger canvas needs larger text. Download the chosen version and inspect its edges. For transparency, place the result against a surface like the one you intend to use. Save the original wording separately so a correction remains easy.

Frequently asked questions

Why did changing canvas size change the layout?

The available width affects wrapping, and the available height affects how the text block fits. Review each preset as a new composition.

Does the download include an editable project?

No. The PNG is a rendered image. Keep your text and settings separately if you expect to revise it.
